GAEI Asphalt Control Modules
A roadmap of reusable control modules for hot-mix asphalt plants. Process Blending is the starting point we are validating with live projects; the remaining modules are scoped to each site as custom work, with the goal of maturing them into repeatable elements over time. We also collaborate with other firms and OEMs on custom integrations where there is a good fit.
Note: Motor Control, Storage Silos, Burner Control, Tank Farm, and Cloud KPI Dashboard require project definition before a completion timeline can be provided. Scope and schedule will vary based on plant requirements, existing equipment, and integration needs.
Process Blending
Overview, mix, totals, data logging, materials, calibration, login, alarm banner. Designed with multi-language support and role-based access control.
Explore ⏻Motor Control
Push button based consol replacement. Conveyors, scalping screens, dust augers, pugmill mixers, drum dryers and mixer, slinger, vibrators etc.
Storage Silos
Automated silo filling, batcher control to minimize material segregation, real-time inventory and level displays, safety gate interlocks, discharge gate control for truck loading, cone temperature control for long-term storage.
Burner Control
Precise, energy-efficient automation; interfaces with industry-standard flame safeguards - Honeywell, Fireye, Siemens LMV5; air-fuel ratio control, burner blowers, exhaust fan and baghouse cleaning.
◫Tank Farm
Automated valve control for supply, return and filling, heating and temperature control,, level display with radar or pressure transmitter instruments.
☁Cloud KPI Dashboard
Optional cloud-hosted or on-prem dashboard for production indicators (tons/hr, fuel use, downtime, RAP %). Single plant or multi-plant rollups.
A starting point, or individual pieces.
Some projects use the suite as a base and add plant-specific logic from there. Others pick out a single module to slot into an existing system.
Suite as a base
The set of modules deployed against a new or existing PLC, then adjusted to the plant's specifics.
Single-module integration
A single component (for example the Process Blending) added into an existing SCADA, with OPC UA or I/O interface in between.
Custom build
The suite as a starting point that a custom build extends, instead of starting every project from a blank page.
Built on standards.
