Service areas.

Six areas of work we can help with, depending on the project. Most engagements draw on more than one.

Plant Control (PLC)

PLC programming for blending controls and plant modernization. We work with Siemens and Rockwell platforms, assess existing hardware before recommending replacement, and structure code around IEC 61131-3 conventions.

Operator HMI, SCADA

HMI design aligned with ISA-101 guidelines. Mix screens, totals, recipe editor, calibration. Designed with the operators who'll be using it. Plant-wide oversight and redundancy features where required.

Reporting & Database

Shift reports, totals, ticketing integration, production-vs-target views. SQL Server / SQL Express historian, totals-by-mix, ticket history, alarm-history exports. Practical reporting, kept as simple as the task allows.

Cloud / Remote KPI

Optional cloud-based dashboard integration for indicators such as tons/hr, fuel use, RAP %, and downtime. Scoped to what your operation actually needs to see.

Retrofits & Upgrades

Reuse-first retrofits for aging panels, PLCs, HMIs, PCs, and field hardware. We replace what is end-of-life, keep what is safe and serviceable, and plan cutovers around off-season windows.

Support & Service

Remote support arrangements, on-site service when needed, and training packages for operators and maintenance. Terms agreed up front.

Process

How a project typically runs.

An outline — the exact shape varies from project to project.

Listen

A conversation about the plant and the problem. Where useful, a site visit and a walk-through with the lead personnel.

Scope

A written proposal with reuse assumptions, required hardware changes, software deliverables, training plan, and a cutover window.

Build & FAT

Code is developed and tested in shop, with simulated I/O where possible and operator dry-runs on the actual HMI panels.

Cutover & Care

Cutover is planned around the off-season where possible. We aim to be on site for the first paving day, with remote support arrangements after that.
